What Causes Black Scabs In Nose

Abstract Parashat Pékoudé - Chékalim

The Torah tells of how Moses Pékoudé assesses accurate accounting of all materials that were given and the use which has been done. Bezalel and Aholihav confectionnent the clothes of priests as described in Section Tétsavé.

Then, all these components are brought to Moses erected the Tabernacle: This will be his contribution to the construction of the Mishkan. Moses anointed the Tabernacle and to sanctify Aaron and his son established the office of high priest and priest, respectively. A pillar of cloud appears above the Tabernacle, reflecting the revelation of the divine presence there resides.
This Shabbat is also the first day of Adar II (Rosh Chodesh). So we read in a second roll of the Torah, the passage about the sacrifices offered every first day of the Jewish month.

Finally, this Shabbat is Shabbat "Sabbath Chékalim" because it is the first day of the month of Adar II. However, the beginning of the month of Adar (Adar II in the case of leap years, like this year), we launched the annual appeal to the contribution of a half SHEQEL SIGN money that everyone, rich or poor, should give the Temple. This money was used to acquire the sacrifices and offerings delivered on behalf of the people (Korbanot Tsibouris). So we go out a second roll of the Torah in which we read the passage dealing with the half SHEQEL SIGN (beginning of section Ki Tissa, Exodus, 30 :11-17)
