The Lantern Festival
The origin of the Lantern Festival is not confirmed, I will not go. Just know that the lantern festival is a celebration that lasts a ten days and closed the New Year period.

Each year a different city hosts the Taiwanese festival. This year, Zhunan, a few hundred kilometers from Taipei. I went there yesterday, with two French friends and their son.
On the site, thousands of lanterns of all kinds. Especially rabbits, obviously, but also Mickey, SpongeBob, dinosaurs, dragonflies ...
In the afternoon, we strolled to the site of the festival and were able to attend a dance competition of the dragon.

We also visited the pavilions created for the occasion, but it was pretty disappointing. It is at night that the show has taken shape. All these and other structures illuminated lanterns gave the site a really magical.

You know that expression. Well, abroad, something as simple as posting a letter can sometimes be more complicated than it seems!
Today, I had to send papers to John. So I start looking for envelopes. Nothing to Wellcome supermarket in the neighborhood, so I'm going to 7 / 11, a small supermarket. There was a kind of envelopes, and they were very weird! They looked like this:
and back were covered with small letters and small numbers. The 5 top boxes could accommodate a postcode, but where to write address? Moreover, the flap does not seem to have sticky tape.
So I spent my path crossed the street and walked to Family Mart, a direct competitor of 7 / 11. There I found the same style envelopes.

I quite like this bag system taxed: we pay based on what we consume, and that well that sorts and tries to reduce its waste is rewarded. You will say: but you could cheat! Sure, but there may be some control, watch out! And overall, I think people are honest on that.
And the little bag the first time, you say? Well, I guess it was blue. So the garbage collector thought it was a bag taxed, that's why he wanted me to throw in the dumpster!
